RETURN POLICY \u2013 WILDLIFE WALL ART<\/strong><\/h1>\n

At Wildlife Wall Art, a division of Webdesign Holland, our wall decorations are carefully crafted to order. Each wall decoration is custom-made for each order and professionally printed by our long-standing production partner, Reclameland.nl. <\/p>\n

Because our products are made to order, specific return policies may apply to certain items. Below, we explain when returns are possible and how we handle damaged or incorrectly delivered products. <\/p>\n

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong>
\nWhen the statutory right of withdrawal applies, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured according to the customer\u2019s specifications, that have not been manufactured in advance, and that are produced based on an individual choice or decision by the customer, to the extent that the statutory exception applies.<\/p>\n

If the right of withdrawal is excluded for a specific product, this will be clearly indicated before the order is placed.<\/p>\n

2. PRODUCTS PRODUCED SPECIFICALLY FOR THE CUSTOMER<\/strong>
\nOur wall decorations are produced after ordering.<\/p>\n

If a product is actually manufactured according to the customer\u2019s specific choices or specifications and therefore falls under the legal exception for custom-made products, that product cannot be returned.<\/p>\n

The mere fact that a product is manufactured only after an order is placed does not automatically mean that the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded.<\/p>\n

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED PRODUCTS<\/strong>
\nWe pay close attention to the quality of our products, packaging, and shipping.<\/p>\n

Did your order arrive damaged, was the wrong item delivered, or is there a manufacturing defect? If so, please contact us as soon as possible at: <\/p>\n

\nTo help us quickly assess the problem, please provide:<\/p>\n

– The order number
\n– Photos of the product
\n– Photos of the packaging
\n– A brief description of the problem<\/p>\n

We assess the situation and then look for an appropriate solution.<\/p>\n

Depending on the situation, this could involve, for example, a reprint, a replacement, or another appropriate solution.<\/p>\n

Reporting shipping damage within 48 hours of receipt helps us investigate the damage quickly with the carrier. This time limit does not affect the consumer\u2019s legal rights. <\/p>\n

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/strong>
\nOur wall decorations are carefully packaged and shipped via reliable shipping partners.<\/p>\n

If damage occurs during shipping, we will work with the carrier to find an appropriate solution.
\nCustomers are asked to inspect the packaging and the product upon receipt and to report any damage to us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

5. COLOR AND DISPLAY<\/strong>
\nThe appearance of a photo on a screen may differ from the final printed product.
\nThis may be caused by factors such as differences in screen settings, brightness, color profile, and the chosen material.<\/p>\n

A slight color variation resulting from these normal differences is not considered a manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n

6. WHEN RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE<\/strong>
\nReturns based on the statutory right of withdrawal are not possible when:<\/p>\n

– The statutory exception applies to a specific custom-made or personalized product;
\n– The product was manufactured according to the customer\u2019s specific wishes or specifications;
\n– The product is not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

These exceptions never limit the consumer’s legal rights if a product is damaged, incorrectly delivered, or defective.<\/p>\n

7. REFUND<\/strong>
\nIf a consumer is entitled to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal and the contract is validly rescinded, a refund will be issued in accordance with the statutory rules.<\/p>\n

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n
