1. GENERAL<\/strong>
\nThese general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries made through the website wildlife-wallart.com, hereinafter referred to as \u201cWildlife Wall Art.\u201d<\/p>\n

By placing an order through the website, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
\nWildlife Wall Art reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions in effect at the time the order was placed apply to that order. <\/p>\n

3. PRODUCT OFFERINGS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION<\/strong>
\nWildlife Wall Art takes great care to ensure that the products offered are accurately depicted and described.<\/p>\n

The wildlife photos shown are based on original photographs. Depending on the material chosen, the size, the production process, screen settings, and ambient light, the colors, contrast, brightness, and cropping of the final product may differ slightly from what is displayed on a screen. Such minor variations, which are inherent to photography, screen display, and the production process, do not constitute a defect in the product. <\/p>\n

Obvious errors, mistakes, or clear pricing errors on the website are not binding on Wildlife Wall Art.<\/p>\n

4. FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT<\/strong>
\nThe agreement is formed once the customer has completed the ordering process and Wildlife Wall Art has confirmed the order.<\/p>\n

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.<\/p>\n

Wildlife Wall Art reserves the right to refuse an order if there is a valid reason to do so, such as when a product is out of stock or there is an obvious error in the price or product information.<\/p>\n

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT<\/strong>
\nAll consumer prices listed on the website include the applicable sales tax, unless expressly stated otherwise.
\nAny shipping or other additional costs will be clearly displayed before the order is finalized.<\/p>\n

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process.
\nAs a general rule, the order will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.<\/p>\n

6. DELIVERY<\/strong>
\nWildlife Wall Art strives to deliver orders within the timeframe specified for the product or during the ordering process.<\/p>\n

The delivery times listed are approximate, unless a guaranteed delivery date has been expressly agreed upon.
\nIf delivery is unexpectedly delayed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
\nThe customer is responsible for entering the delivery address correctly. Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may, to the extent permitted by law, be charged to the customer. <\/p>\n

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong>
\nWhen making an online purchase, a consumer generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.
\nThe withdrawal period generally begins on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, has received the product. If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, this must be clearly communicated to Wildlife Wall Art within the statutory period. To do so, the consumer may use the withdrawal option available on the website or contact Wildlife Wall Art. <\/p>\n

After cancellation, the product must be returned within the applicable statutory period.<\/p>\n

8. CUSTOMIZATION AND EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT<\/strong>
\nOF WITHDRAWAL For products that are manufactured according to specific wishes or specifications of the customer and that are not pre-manufactured, the legal right of withdrawal may be excluded.<\/p>\n

If a product falls under this legal exception, the customer will be clearly informed of this before placing the order. The mere fact that a product is manufactured only after an order is placed does not automatically mean that the product is legally considered a custom-made item. The customer\u2019s legal rights regarding a damaged, incorrectly delivered, or defective product always remain in effect. <\/p>\n

9. RETURNS<\/strong>
\nWhen the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the product must be returned in good condition and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

The direct costs of a return shipment are the customer\u2019s responsibility, unless Wildlife Wall Art has indicated otherwise in advance or the return is the result of an error on the part of Wildlife Wall Art.
\nThe customer is responsible for any loss in value of the product if it results from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.<\/p>\n

For large or fragile wall decorations, we recommend keeping the original protective packaging until you are certain you will keep the item.<\/p>\n

10. DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY<\/strong>
\nPlease inspect the product as soon as possible after receiving it.
\nIf a product arrives visibly damaged, we ask that the customer contact Wildlife Wall Art as soon as possible and include clear photos of the product and the packaging.
\nThis helps us assess the damage quickly and, if necessary, contact the carrier or manufacturer.
\nThis reporting procedure does not limit the consumer\u2019s legal rights.<\/p>\n

11. REFUNDS<\/strong>
\nWhen a consumer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, the amounts legally owed in connection therewith will be refunded within the statutory period.
\nWildlife Wall Art may, to the extent permitted by law, delay the refund until the returned product has been received or until the consumer has provided proof that the product has been returned.
\nRefunds will generally be issued via the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

12. CONFORMITY AND STATUTORY WARRANTY<\/strong>
\nWildlife Wall Art warrants that the products delivered comply with the agreement and with the applicable statutory requirements.<\/p>\n

If, under normal use, a product does not meet what the consumer could reasonably expect, the statutory warranty rights apply. Depending on the situation, the consumer may be entitled to repair or replacement at no cost and, if the statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
\nAny additional commercial warranties do not affect the consumer\u2019s statutory rights. <\/p>\n

13. COMPLAINTS<\/strong>
\nComplaints regarding an order or product can be submitted using the contact information on wildlife-wallart.com.
\nWhen submitting a complaint, please include the order number and a clear description of the problem. In the event of damage, photos may be attached.
\nWildlife Wall Art will review complaints as soon as possible and work to find an appropriate solution. <\/p>\n

14. LIABILITY<\/strong>
\nWildlife Wall Art is not liable for indirect damages resulting from incorrect or improper use, installation, or mounting of a product, to the extent that the exclusion or limitation of liability is permitted by law.
\nThe customer is solely responsible for ensuring that wall decorations are mounted safely and appropriately and must take into account, among other things, the weight of the product, the mounting materials used, and the construction of the wall.<\/p>\n

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes liability if such a limitation or exclusion is not permitted under mandatory Dutch law.<\/p>\n

15. FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong>
\nWildlife Wall Art is not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond Wildlife Wall Art\u2019s reasonable control.
\nThese may include, but are not limited to: serious transportation problems, disruptions at production partners, natural disasters, war, government measures, strikes, and serious technical malfunctions.<\/p>\n

If a situation of force majeure persists for an extended period, the parties will make reasonable efforts to find an appropriate solution.<\/p>\n

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT<\/strong>
\nAll photos, images, designs, texts, logos, and other content on wildlife-wallart.com are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n

The wildlife photography and visual materials may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, used commercially, edited, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.
\nThe purchase of a physical wall decoration confers ownership solely of the physical product delivered. No copyrights, reproduction rights, or other intellectual property rights are transferred. <\/p>\n

Unauthorized use of visual material may result in enforcement of the relevant intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n

17. WEBSITE DISCLAIMER<\/strong>
\nWildlife Wall Art takes great care with the content and operation of wildlife-wallart.com.
