RETURN POLICY – WILDLIFE WALL ART
At Wildlife Wall Art, part of Webdesign Holland, all our wall decorations are carefully produced to order. Each wall plaque is processed especially for you and professionally printed through our regular production partner Reclameland.nl, which guarantees high print quality and durable materials.
Because our products are custom-made and produced only after order, specific conditions for returns apply. We always strive for a perfect end result and pay great attention to quality, packaging and shipping.
1. Custom Products
All of our products are produced as custom products once an order is placed. This means that each item is printed and processed specifically for the customer.
Therefore:
Customized products cannot be returned or cancelled after production has started.
This is in accordance with the legal exceptions for personalized and made-to-order products.
2. Damaged or incorrect delivery
We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, if your order is damaged or delivered incorrectly, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt.
Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Brief description of the problem
We will then work together to find an appropriate solution, such as:
- Reprint of the product
- Replacement
- Or appropriate compensation
3. Transport and delivery
Our products are carefully packed and shipped via reliable transport partners. Damage during transport is handled in cooperation with the carrier.
4. Colors and Display
Colors on screen may differ slightly from the final result on print, depending on monitor settings and material selection. This is not considered a product defect.
5. Exceptions
Returns are not possible with:
- Customized wall decorations
- Products specially produced to order
- Articles without manufacturing defects
