From Wildlife Stories: ‘The Reunion’ Early in the morning we set off on another safari with our ranger, determined to find the white lion we had seen the day before. Conditions for photography were far from ideal – foggy and misty, with limited visibility – but just perfect weather for lions to be active.
Less than an hour after we left, around 7 a.m., we were already lucky enough to spot the lioness. At a suitable distance we followed her movements, feeling that something special was about to happen. And then a truly unforgettable moment unfolded: the reunion of the lioness with her three cubs.
It was wonderful to see how playful and enthusiastic the young cubs reacted when their mother returned. Their energy, curiosity and sheer joy made this encounter extremely special. Although the scene took place a little too far from our position to capture every detail perfectly with the lens, without a doubt this felt like an incredibly successful and valuable photo session.
In the end, the unique images speak for themselves, but above all, we feel immensely privileged that we were allowed to witness such a rare and intimate moment in the African wilderness.
A powerful reminder that the most special moments in nature are not always the closest or technically perfect ones, but rather those that unfold spontaneously and purely – raw, undirected and fleeting – making you realize how extraordinary it is to be allowed to be present at just the right moment.

Dibond: (aluminum sandwich plate): is a sturdy plate consisting of 2 thin layers of aluminum with a hard plastic core in between.

Does not distort → remains perfectly flat
Premium look (more “high-end”)

Extra finish single-sided premium matte (gloss is not recommended) for diBond & Forex
Laminate provides extra protection against scratches and damage. Our premium laminate is of polymer quality. Every laminate tends to shrink over time. Polymer laminate shrinkage occurs significantly less and more slowly. Without a finish, the print is susceptible to scratches and shows a little “harder” which looks less professinal in your interior!
Why gloss laminate is not recommended and does not come standard.
- Animals get too bright colors with extra contrast which therefore quickly becomes too busy
- Gives reflections → and the shiny surface attracts more attention than the image itself
- Colors become popping, are not suitable for wildlife photography
Matte laminate is our preferred choice and gives a matte, satin look.
- It is a thin matte top layer over your print
- No reflections → quieter image (important on the wall)
- Colors become slightly softer/egalier>
- Gives a luxurious, gallery-like appearance
- Protects against scratches, dirt and UV
Conclusion: Matte laminate looks more “professional” and calm in your interior!
Our hanging plates allow you to easily attach the wall decoration to the wall. Depending on the size of the plate and the material, the correct suspension system with the correct carrying capacity is automatically chosen.
By using our spacers you can mount your sheet material ‘floating’. The spacers have a diameter of 13 mm and the free space between the back of the sheet material and the wall is 19 mm. Available in: black/chrome
The wall decorations are available upon request in: various sizes, both landscape and portrait. In addition, different color variations are possible, such as black and white, sepia or other desired color treatments, so that the wall decoration perfectly matches your interior and personal style. Almost any size can be realized, with a minimum production size of 610 × 610 mm and a maximum production size of 145 cm x 235 cm.
To ensure the highest quality and a perfect cut, you will receive an A4 proof in pdf format in advance for checking. This way, you can calmly review the composition, cropping, colors and aspect ratio before the final wall decoration goes into production.
We charge an upfront fee of €9.50 for the proof and the corresponding quotation request. Using ourRequest Budgetform, you can easily communicate your requirements and request a sample PDF. Only after agreeing on the budget and proofs do we start production. In this way, you are assured of an exclusive end result that completely suits your needs.
